I am always very excited about the photogrpahy session. It is a time that we get to know you so that we can bring out your best. The camera is just a tool. We are the artists behind the tool, and we want to make sure you look and feel your best.

 

 

Please review my policies and procedures for any photography session with Marsha Lynn Hudson Photography. We shoot a lot of great people each year. To make sure the session goes well and to ensure great clarity, we have put some policies and procedures in place. With 2019, we have implemented this policies to make sure all parties involved are clear on our policies and know what to expect. This is how we run the professional business that you hired us for. Our business is about making you look great!

 

 

* The session is a one hour session. Some sessions are longer depending on each individual contract. Your time slot will be given to you in the consultation.

*In a normal photo session, we shoot about 25-30 images during your session.

* If the couple is more than 20 minutes late-- you will have to reschedule at a fee of $75 or you can use the time left within your 60 minute session.

*A flashdrive with all of your images can be purchased unless you purchase the full session.

*We do sell digital files at $40 each. Our studio minimum order ( for any session) is $275 and can include digitals and prints.

* Any time over the session time is $65 per 30 minutes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

* We do not do re-shoots due to clients not liking their hair, makeup or clothing.

*Any re-shoots due to no fault of our own will be $275 ( which is a session fee along with the minimum order fee)- the regular cost of a photography session.

 

*If rain is in forecast for day of shoot, we will reschedule at no cost to you.

* If we have an assistant to shoot with us, the assistant is not there to give the clients any photos. The assistant is only there as a backup shooter in the event of equipment failure. Please don't ask the assistant for pictures from shoot.

 

*The session is agreed upon by the client and Marsha Lynn Hudson. We will discuss ahead of time ( before the shoot) what type of look you want for your shoot including backgrounds and places. Some places require a travel fee and additional set up fee. This will be discussed at the consultation. Travel fees apply outside of our studio range. Travel fees range from $25 - up depending on location.

 

* No one ( friends or family members who may have come on the shoot)  is allowed to shoot with their phones as I shoot during a photo session with Marsha Lynn Hudson. This policy is strictly enforced. 1-2 family members or friends are allowed to come with you to the session. For safety purposes, it is best not to bring little ones because they can get tired fast ( unless they are in the shoot).

* It takes us between 4-5 business days to retouch and enhance your images to get them ready for you to see and choose them.

*We do not give monetary refunds of any kind. Retainer fees and payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule a shoot 1 time without being charged an extra charge.

 

If you do a photoshoot with Marsha Lynn Hudson Photography, you agree to the policies and procedures above.
